One of the most important decisions prior to opening a childrens shoe shop was the brand selection, lots of research was done to produce the final list which included Ricosta, Richter, Hush Puppies, Rondinella. Over the five years this selection has evolved to include Start-rite, Ecco, Geox and Lelli Kelly, giving us a broad selection of quality childrens footwear brands to suit all elements of fit, fashion and price point. Customer feedback on the selection available is extremely important to us and reflects on our seasonal buying pattern, we ensure we attend at least 2 of the Trade Shows during the year to remain ahead of the competition in this area. Our current sell through is around 85%.

One of the areas which has been key to our customers is our ordering system, where we are unable to supply from stock we will endeavour to source the item for them. Due to low stock availability from most childrens footwear suppliers this service is mainly covered by the Start-rite brand. We also have a customer database which we use when ordering our new seasons stock. These customers forward order selected footwear brands and shoe sizes, we then call them when the stock arrives to come in and have them fitted. This is an extremely popular service with customer uptake growing every season.
